This scale is a self-report scale and consists of 13-items that are divided into sections covering: The client will rate their level of agreement with each state by using the scoring system:
1 = Rarely/Never, 2 = A little of the time, 3 = Some of the time, 4 = A good part of the time 5=Most or all of the time
Scores are added up after assessment takes place after scores are determined. Lower scores indicate good self-control and control in general of an individuals actions and choices.
